Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. 

Take in consideration all our items are unique, vintage, or redone. Therefore it can occur that some of them may have some slight imperfections due to their story. 

We will issue a refund upon examination. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Customers outside the EU responsible for all duties and taxes. 

Items must be returned via COURIER ONLY (IE: DHL, UPS), with the original sales receipt.

Please note the product is your responsibility, until it is received and signed for by us. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit. 

You are strongly encouraged to obtain proof of posting and keep it safe.
